HOST HOTEL ROOM BLOCK:

The hotel room block has been updated, and room reservations can be made at the Hyatt Regency Dallas by referencing the link in your confirmation email. If you no longer have your confirmation email, please email TCSS@cbp.dhs.gov to request it be resent. Reservations within this room block are first-come-first-served.

ACE HELPDESK APPOINTMENTS:

If you previously scheduled an appointment with the ACE Helpdesk for the April Summit dates, unfortunately the registration system is unable to move your appointment to the September Summit dates. Therefore, you will need to reschedule your ACE Helpdesk appointment by referencing the link in your ACE Helpdesk notification email. Clicking on the link will take you directly to the new appointment schedule. From there you can select the date and time that works best for you. If you no longer have your ACE Helpdesk appointment email, please email TCSS@cbp.dhs.gov to request it be resent.

GLOBAL ENTRY MOBILE ENROLLMENT APPOINTMENTS:

If you previously scheduled a Global Entry mobile enrollment appointment, you should have received an email notification cancelling your previous appointment. To reschedule your appointment, please refer to the instructions in your Global Entry email with the updated information below:

• Dates/Times: September 8^th to September 9^th between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST (closed 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.) and September 10^th between 8:00 – 10:00 a.m. CST. Walk-ins accepted.
• Deadline for scheduling interview online: Thursday, August 27, 2026

• GE enrollment location – Dallas TCSS 2026 GE Event

The networking session will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. CST instead of Monday. We will still offer registration pre-check-in on Monday, September 7 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. CST.
