    EMTC is hosting a Save E-commerce - Save De Minims Open Forum where e-sellers, marketplaces, logistics companies, and others involved in the e-commerce industry can join an MS Teams meeting and ask EMTC leaders questions about the President's Executive Orders suspending de minimis shipments from Canada, China and Mexico as well as U.S. Customs and Border Protection's Proposed Rules on Entry of Low-Value Shipments. 

    EMTC will be discussing the President's modified Executive Orders related to low-value shipments, status of postal shipments for Canda, China and Mexico with updated duty rates.

    EMTC will also provide an update on the messages we heard from CBP at its recent 2025 Trade Facilitation and Cargo Security Summit. (Note that the information provided at the Summit is considered Off-the-Record.)

        Continuing Education requirements start January 1, 2025. Educators can submit their courses now before their event takes place or offered online.

      For Brokers: CBP Webinar on the new LCB Continuing Education requirement January 22, 2025  2PM ET  Brokers receive 1 credit toward the CE requirement. Space is limited.  

      For Educators: CBP Webinar on the process to submit activities to be accredited for the Continuing Education requirement. EMTC will be presenting at this webinar January 23, 2025 2PM ET
