The Global Trade Passport Program, formerly Global Pathways,  provides trade professionals with an expanded number of pathways to showcase their achievements and expand their knowledge.  The enhanced Global Trade Passport Program provides more  flexibility in selecting courses and options for your professional growth .  To join the program select from the drop-down menu.

EMTC is a CBP Appointed Accreditor for the CBP Licensed Broker Continuing Education requirement.  As an accreditor we review course offerings by educators on trade topics that expand and complement your Broker License preparation training.   A list of accredited courses can be accessed here.   To sign up for any course please contact the listed provider.  Upon completion of a course, you will receive a unique identifier to confirm your attendance and the number of credits you have earned. For more information select the Broker page on the drop-down menu.

Education providers can click on the LCB menu item to find directions for accrediting their courses.

Brokers will find infographics summarizing the requirements they must meet to retain their license.

For the month of January EMTC is featuring our Global Trade Passport Launchpad program. 

  •  Launchpad is an opportunity to try the program at a cost- effective entrance point.  Explore the opportunity to gain a micro-credential in an area of interest that you are pursuing.
  • If you are early in your career, it is a way to begin building your credentials.  Licensed brokers can apply continuing education towards earning their micro credential. 
  • If you join EMTC in January as an Associate member, your membership includes a Launchpad passport as a bonus offer.
