    The fee is charged when commercial customers do not provide accurate dimensions.  Non-machinable surcharges will apply to retail first class letters  Non-machinable mail is polybagged, has strings or clasps or contains bulky items like pencils, keys  or is self mailer or booklet. If approved, effective July 12, 2026.

    WTO | 2026 News items - World trade volume remained flat in Q3 of 2025 while its dollar value hit record high

    The dollar value of trade was up 7.5%   Merchandise trade volume was up 4.5%. A weaker dollar makes US exports more attractive due to the FX rate.
