CIT Denies Customs Broker’s Motion for Temporary Restraining Order in Entry Filer Code Case

It is alleged that the broker failed to possess valid powers of attorney and conducted customs business under an unlicensed entity  An entry filer code is not the legal equivalent of a customs broker license.
