On July 31, 2025, the President has signed a new Executive Order "Further Modifying the Reciprocal Tariff Rates" which sets out the customs duty rates for countries after a 90-day pause while the Administration negotiated trade deals since April 2nd "Liberation Day" when the President issued reciprocal tariffs.
