Canadian union issues 72-hour strike warning to freight railroad hours after it resumes service (msn.com)

The key time is 10AM August 26 2024.  CN  trains started rolling on Aug 23, CP trains are parked as pickets continue.  30,000 commuters were stranded by the actions.
